Capital provides forex information, educational articles, and market context. This website does not execute trades, hold client funds, or provide brokerage or payment accounts.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these terms. Use the Services only where lawful. Basic website content can be read without registering. If account features are introduced, provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and notify support@capital.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Educational information and market risk
Articles, illustrations, commentary, and other content are for general information and education. They are not personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, an offer to transact, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold a financial product.

10. Questions and disputes
Contact support@capital.com with questions or disputes so that we can seek a resolution. Mandatory protections and available remedies under applicable law remain in force. This Agreement does not require you to waive access to courts or mandatory consumer remedies.
11. Updates and general terms
Changes to this Agreement will be published with an updated date. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate notice before taking effect where required. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the Services.
