Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

Your privacy matters. This policy explains information handling, third-party SDKs, and the choices available to you.

1. Scope and contact

This Privacy Policy describes how Capital ("we", "us", or "our") handles personal information in connection with our forex information website and, where available, related applications and support services (the "Services"). Capital provides informational and educational content.

For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, email support@capital.com. Please identify the Service involved and describe your request. Do not send passwords, financial account credentials, or identity documents unless a secure verification method has been arranged.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you provide: your email address, the content of support messages, and any attachments you choose to send. If an account, subscription, or notification feature is made available, the information requested will be explained when you use it.
  • Technical information: hosting systems may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, and error or security logs to deliver and protect the Services.
  • Usage and preferences: interactions with available features and preferences, where such collection is enabled and any required permission has been obtained.
  • SDK information: related applications that integrate AppsFlyer may process the information described in Section 5. The exact information depends on platform permissions and the integration settings.

This static website does not provide brokerage accounts or payment processing and does not request payment-card information, trading credentials, government-issued identification, or precise location.

3. Why information is used

Information may be used to deliver requested pages and features, respond to enquiries, remember choices, diagnose errors, prevent misuse, and maintain security. Where optional analytics or attribution are enabled, information may also be used to understand feature usage and campaign performance.

Where a legal basis is required, processing depends on the activity and applicable law: providing a requested service, meeting a legal obligation, legitimate interests where available and appropriate, or consent for optional processing that requires it. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.

4. Cookies, browser storage, and choices

The supplied static website does not set analytics or advertising cookies, load tracking pixels, or load the AppsFlyer SDK. Article filters and the mobile menu run in your browser without sending interaction events to an analytics provider. Hosting providers may maintain request and security logs.

If optional cookies, tracking technologies, or app SDK functions are introduced, the relevant notice and choices should be presented before any processing that requires consent. You can also manage cookies using browser settings and app permissions using device settings. Rejecting optional tracking should not prevent access to basic information content.

5. Third-party SDK disclosure: AppsFlyer

AppsFlyer is included in this disclosure for related Capital applications that integrate the SDK. Listing it here does not mean that this website loads it. Data collection in an application depends on the SDK version, enabled features, device settings, and permissions.

PurposeApp installation and campaign attribution, measurement of configured app events, campaign performance analysis, and detection of attribution fraud where enabled.
Potential dataIP address; SDK-generated identifiers such as AppsFlyer ID; advertising identifiers (IDFA or Android advertising ID) where available and permitted; device model, operating system, app version, language, timestamps, installation and referral information, and configured app interaction events. Approximate location may be inferred from IP address.
Collection methodAn SDK integrated into a related mobile application may transmit permitted device and event information to AppsFlyer. No AppsFlyer SDK is included in this static website.

You may adjust available tracking permissions in device settings or contact support@capital.com about withdrawal, objection, or deletion. Disabling an advertising identifier may not stop every form of SDK processing.

Support messages, passwords, financial account credentials, and sensitive personal information should not be included in attribution events. If the integration or purposes change materially, this disclosure and the relevant app notice must be updated.

6. Sharing information

Information may be disclosed to service providers used for hosting, support, security, and, where enabled, attribution and analytics such as AppsFlyer, to the extent needed for their functions. It may also be disclosed where required by law, to respond to a lawful request, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

This website does not transmit article-filter selections to AppsFlyer or advertising networks. Links to external websites lead to services governed by their own policies.

7. Retention

Personal information should be kept only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including support follow-up, security, and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the category of information, operational requirements, and any legal requirement. When no longer needed, information should be deleted or anonymized; backups may expire on their normal cycle.

Contact support@capital.com to ask about retention or request deletion for a particular Service. No fixed financial-record retention period applies merely because the content discusses forex.

8. International processing

Hosting and service providers, including AppsFlyer where integrated, may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, appropriate safeguards must be used. You can contact us for details about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your Service.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a relevant privacy authority.

Send requests to support@capital.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your request. Any applicable exceptions and response deadlines depend on the law governing the request. If a related app offers an account, you may also contact this address to request account and associated data deletion.

10. Security and children

Reasonable security measures should be appropriate to the information processed, including access restrictions and measures against unauthorized use or disclosure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so that the submission can be investigated and removed where appropriate.

11. Changes to this policy

Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Material changes should be brought to your attention through an appropriate notice, and additional consent should be requested where required. For any questions about this policy, contact support@capital.com.
